SheLift is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers girls to improve self-esteem and confidence through outdoor adventures and mentorship. We provide the tools, experiences and mentorship to help young women and girls work towards living authentic lives. SheLift is a movement that brings girls of all ages and body types together to inspire and motivate one another to normalize differenced and challenge personal abilities.

Self-esteem and insecurities can be visible and invisible, but none are less important than the other. For our first retreat, we are working with girls with physical disabilities, but we will be broadening our efforts to impact girls who have something to overcome – visible or not.
